The stable and strong spindle seat structure can withstand heavy-load grinding. The spindle is supported by five sets of ultra-precision angled ball bearings and is filled with high-speed butter. No additional lubrication is required. The spindle motor uses a precision-balanced three-phase drive motor. The spindles are connected using balanced and corrected flexible joints to ensure spindle accuracy. |

The machine is made of FC30 high-grade cast iron and has a high-rigidity structural design. It has been annealed and naturally aged to completely eliminate internal stress and maintain machine accuracy forever. The body and the spindle base are combined by high-precision and high-strength linear slide rails, coupled with high-precision ball screws and lifting fine-tuning mechanisms, which ensure precision and stability when the spindle base is set to 0.0001mm fine-tuning feed. |
