A、The two ends of the dual spindles are equipped with diamond pen sanding mechanisms, which can respectively correct the outer diameter and upper and lower end faces of the dual spindle grinding wheels without waiting, which directly improves production efficiency。

B、The dual spindles are equipped with tool magazines on both sides and a measuring device on the left side, which can quickly replace the grinding wheel and perform measuring operations.。

C、It can grind different areas and can grind special-shaped workpieces with software.。

3、In addition to the optional Z1, Z2 axes and hydrostatic rotary table, the X1, X2 and Y1 axes are equipped with optical rulers for direct displacement detection and full closed-loop control, which improves the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the inner and outer diameters of the machine.。

4、It adopts Syntec CNC controller and dialogue programming, which is easy to operate and highly reliable.

5、The inner hole grinding wheel spindle adopts a built-in spindle with independent constant temperature cooling system and long service life。

6、The machine is fully protected and uses an oil mist collector to automatically absorb the oil mist to keep the surrounding environment clean。
